"As human beings we all want to be happy and free from misery.
We have learned that the key to happiness is inner peace.
The greatest obstacles to inner peace are disturbing emotions such as
anger and attachment, fear and suspicion,
while love and compassion, a sense of universal responsibility
are the sources of peace and happiness."
Dalai Lama
Welcome to your journey towards attaining Peace of Mind, and thus Inner Peace.
A lot of people misunderstand what peace of mind, and inner peace means. Some believe it is only achievable by becoming a monk, not believing that peace of mind, and inner peace, is possible as well as having an active life with family, work, and modern day living. Well let me tell you, it is possible to HAVE IT ALL!
Every day we face situations which cause, stress, worry, anxiety, and even unhappiness. We face challenges in all aspects of our lives, be it at work or at home, with loved ones or colleagues. Sometimes these challenges can lead to emotional and even physical stress. If one has the knowledge, and tools for attaining peace of mind and inner peace, these situations are more easily handled and resolved.
When you attain peace of mind, and inner peace, your life becomes happier, easier, and more satisfying, as you have the ability to deal with every situation more effectively. We cannot always change the external conditions in our lives, but when our mind is at peace, we react differently, and this in turn will change both your inner and outer world, and those around us.
Namaste I honour the place in you
In which the universe dwells.
I honour the place in you which is
Of love and of truth, of light and of peace.
When you are in that place in you, and
I am in that place in me,
We Are One.
Namaste is an ancient Sanskrit blessing

And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time."
